From the comfort of home, you can talk through your skin, your routine and your goals with a master esthetician and certified acne specialist.
What a virtual consultation is
A virtual consultation is a relaxed video conversation focused on skincare education and product recommendations. Together you'll look at what your skin is doing, what you're currently using and what you'd like to change. Lindsey will explain what she notices, answer your questions and suggest a simple, realistic routine with ingredients and products that suit you.
If something needs medical attention, Lindsey may suggest you check in with a provider.
How it works
- Virtual consultations are included only with the $25 Personalized Routine.
- Lindsey will reach out with dates and times for your virtual session, held over Zoom or Google Meet.
- You'll still receive The Rae Skin Guide, along with your recommendations by email and text support for skincare questions and routine adjustments.

Virtual sessions are a lovely fit if you live outside Utah, have a busy schedule, are new to skincare and want a clear starting point, or simply want a second set of eyes on a routine that isn't quite working. Many people find that understanding their skin is the most helpful step of all.
Getting ready
Good, natural light and a freshly cleansed face help a lot. Keep your current products nearby so you can talk through them together, and jot down any questions ahead of time.
