My Story
I've struggled with acne for as long as I can remember, practically from the moment a teenager can get it. It always made me insecure. I felt like I had to cover up, and my confidence took a huge hit.
I saw dermatologists and went through Accutane twice, and both times my acne came back. I later learned in esthetics school that this is really common, but I had no idea back then.
Esthetics school changed everything for me. The more I learned about skin, skin conditions, and ingredients, the better I got at managing my own acne. I found that understanding your skin, and why you treat it the way you do, makes all the difference. That's when I knew I wanted to help others with their acne too.
My goal with Rae Skin is to make acne care and skin education more accessible and more affordable. Helping people feel confident in their skin again, the way I learned to, is the most rewarding part of what I do.
Today I'm a Utah Master Esthetician and a Face Reality certified acne specialist, and I'd love to help you on your skin journey.
