What we collect

The website itself does not collect or store personal or health information. Assessment and routine forms are hosted by Cognito Forms, booking by Square Appointments, and payments by Square. Each service processes data under its own privacy policy.

Health information and photos

Photos are never emailed. Your answers are emailed only to you, as the PDF you requested. Rae Skin's notification emails do not include your health details or photos. Skin details and photos stay in our secure form system and are never shared with third parties for marketing. They are used only to prepare your skin recommendations. Photos are only used for educational or marketing purposes if you give permission on the assessment.

Communication

If you complete only the free assessment, we will not contact you. You'll receive an automatic email with your PDF and the Rae Skin Guide. Paid routine clients receive text support for skincare questions and routine adjustments.

To request access to or deletion of your information, email raeskin26@gmail.com.
